Free Delivery We offer free standard delivery on all orders over £200 to mainland UK addresses.

2-Man Delivery Large items such as garden furniture sets are delivered by our 2-man delivery service at no extra charge. Our team will bring your order to your chosen room or outdoor space and ensure it arrives safely.

Delivery Timeframes All delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, adverse weather, or events outside our control.

Delivery Address Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect it. Risk of loss passes to you once your order is transferred to the carrier.

Damaged Items in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please report it within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@celestepatio.com with your order reference and photographs of the damage and packaging.
